When my dear friends, Travis and Melissa, announced that they were going to start raising money for their domestic adoption, I was so excited to jump in and be apart of their fundraising effort. Inspired by the #artistsforadoption piece I did, I asked them to choose a verse that was meaningful to their family, especially in this circumstance. Here is the finished product...
Several months ago I was contacted by Karen Stott about designing a print for their adoption fundraiser. This sweet family is in the process of adopting a child from Uganda and as you might be very well aware, adoption is not cheap! I am so honored to be able to contribute this design, one of my favorite verses, to bring a baby home to a loving family. You can purchase this print HERE along with many other beautiful pieces to contribute to their fundraising process!
As it turns out, having a full-time job while running a business on the side, moving into a new house AND trying to keep up with a blog/website is pretty difficult. Who knew!? This post is long overdue but finally I have wonderful news that I am now offering fine art paper prints in my shop in three sizes: 5x7, 8x10 and 11x14. Right now I only have three designs available but I am always available to create custom designs and have plans to do many more over the summer. The design I'm featuring today is one that I created for my dear friends Katherine and Jay Wolf and their organization Hope Heals. My husband and I have partnered with them to help them grow the organization and spread their message of hope. (Read all about their incredible story on their website) All of the pieces that are submitted for the art contest will be shown at their event in Santa Monica on May 4th. Take a look at the amazing pieces that have been submitted, and if you're feeling generous...vote for mine!!
This print can be purchased on premium cotton paper or on gallery wrapped canvas.
